We want you to be happy with your pack. If something is not right, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.نريدك أن تكون راضياً عن طلبك. إذا لم يكن شيء كما يجب، يمكنك الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من الاستلام.

1. Check your order at delivery1. افحص طلبك عند الاستلام

You pay only when the parcel arrives. If you do not want the order, you can refuse it at the door and you pay nothing.تدفع فقط عند وصول الطلب. إذا لم ترغب بالطلب يمكنك رفضه عند الباب ولا تدفع شيئاً.

2. Returns and exchanges within 7 days2. الإرجاع والاستبدال خلال 7 أيام

• You can ask for a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.يمكنك طلب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال خلال 7 أيام من استلام طلبك.
• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packing, with the complete pack (all pieces).يجب أن تكون القطع غير مستخدمة وغير مغسولة وفي تغليفها الأصلي، مع الباكيت كاملاً (جميع القطع).
• Wrong size? We exchange the pack for another size free of charge, subject to stock. We collect the old pack and deliver the new one at no cost to you.المقاس غير مناسب؟ نستبدل الباكيت بمقاس آخر مجاناً حسب التوفر، ونستلم الباكيت القديم ونوصل الجديد دون أي تكلفة عليك.
• Damaged, faulty or wrong item? We replace it or refund you in full, and we collect the item at no cost to you.منتج تالف أو معيب أو غير صحيح؟ نستبدله أو نعيد لك المبلغ كاملاً ونستلم المنتج دون أي تكلفة عليك.

3. How to request a return3. طريقة طلب الإرجاع

1. Email us at راسلنا على [email protected] with your order number, the reason, and photos if the item is damaged.مع رقم طلبك والسبب، وصور إذا كان المنتج تالفاً.
2. Our team confirms the return and arranges a pickup from your address.يؤكد فريقنا الإرجاع ويرتب استلام المنتج من عنوانك.
3. We check the item when it reaches us and then send the exchange or the refund.نفحص المنتج عند وصوله إلينا ثم نرسل البديل أو نعيد المبلغ.

4. Refunds4. استرداد المبلغ

You receive your refund within 7 days after we receive the returned item. You choose how: cash, or bank transfer to your account.تستلم المبلغ المسترد خلال 7 أيام بعد استلامنا للمنتج المرتجع، وبالطريقة التي تختارها: نقداً أو بتحويل بنكي إلى حسابك.

5. Items we cannot accept5. منتجات لا يمكن قبول إرجاعها

• Items that have been worn, washed or altered.القطع التي تم لبسها أو غسلها أو تعديلها.
• Incomplete packs or items without their original packing.الباكيتات غير الكاملة أو القطع بدون تغليفها الأصلي.
• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery.الطلبات المقدمة بعد مرور 7 أيام من الاستلام.
